Cable Ladder Tray Roll Forming Line

Thanks to many years of experience in sheet metal forming, Brother Union engineers are able to design and manufacture rollforming lines for various metal cable trays: channle type cable tray, ladder type cable trays and other custom-design roll formed cable ducts.

The normal metal cable tray is made of Aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel.
From the galvnized steel cable trays to stainless steel cable trays, we have plenty experience to supply a full production solution.

By changing rollers(quick-change cassette) and toolings, our roll former has the ability to produce a full range straight cable tray profiles including: Cable Channels,Side Rails,Rungs and Covers with various widths, depths and hole patterns. In this way, our buyers use limited roll forming lines to produce a full range cable trays by limited workshop area and equipment investment.
