Brother Union Machinery started Employee Basic Skills Training in the new workshop. 

Director Miao said："the Chinese traditional handing-down teaching method is very helpful new employees to up-skill in roll forming machnie manufacturing, but also to develop their own careers, and keep them challenged and engaged."

The Teachers should develop a detailed training plan. Based on the technical knowledge and skills in roll forming machining, assembling and debugging.

The Teacher formulates weekly training plans and daily evaluation test plans. During the training period, the "apprentice" should carefully do a good job in the learning, and the "master" should do a good job in training and teaching. After the training period expires, the apprentice's theoretical knowledge, skill level, practical work ability, professional ethics and work attitude will be comprehensively evaluated.

The Training activities will be held evey Saturday. It provides a powerful guarantee to improve machine quality made by Brother Union.
