Brother Union Machinery carried on employees regular training.
On the Job Training, the employees participated in current mechanical machining and equipment assembly. In this way, all the new staffs learned fast on the roll forming machine manufacturing skill under the guidance of experienced engineers.
The new employees who received the necesary training is more able to perform in their job to produce qualified roll forming equipment.
